Barking Armadillo Brewing is a neighborhood craft brewery and coffeehouse located in the Georgetown area just north of Austin, Texas. The family-owned brewery opened in 2020 and quickly became a popular community gathering place for locals looking to enjoy fresh craft beer, espresso drinks, and a relaxed social environment. Dogs are welcome at Barking Armadillo both inside the taproom and outside, during all open hours, as long as they stay leashed and with their owner. The only areas that are off limits are behind the bar and the back of house. They keep water bowls out, hand out complimentary treats from behind the bar, and there is shade outside. The grass in front of the building and to the right of it is the spot for potty breaks, and they ask that dogs skip the turf in the back gated area.
